I felt that the company on the whole was very dishonest. I do not remember being told that the company did not carry workers comp insurance. I was injured on the job and they lied about my injury saying a ruptured disc in my back was a pulled muscle and then let me go when I could not come back to work. After being on the road for 8 weeks and injuring myself and going to the doctor and getting an MRI that their Doctor was not competent enough to read. Their Doctor told me I had a pulled muscle and released me back to work when I later found out from a REAL Doctor A Neurosurgeon that I had a ruptured disc the Company would not return my calls and denied cancelling my health insurance without offering me COBRA !! Stay away from JS Helwig and Son they are Criminals !!!!
