Posted my resume in Indeed, Career Builder, Monster, you name, I posted. Received a call from a temp agency. I was very leary, as I have heard horror stories. Decided to give it a shot, and interviews with them, via Skype. They set up an interview with a hospital in my area, in the finance department. Interviewed, accepted their offer. Long stort, short. I was a temporary employee, paid by the temp agency, for almost 6 months. Then when the position was posted, I applied and became a active employee, with a nice pay raise, since the temp agency wasn't taking $8.00 an hour from my pay. Plus, benefits :) I can say, so far, Inspira is a great place to work.
