Ive. Been trying to get a job with Amtrak, for 5 years now,people don't even want a job with them get hired. Before me ,what am I doing. Wrong ,I have great work experience, and great references.

Add
DOn't limit yourself to just 1 company. You should be applying to lots of other places. Once you do this, you may actually find that the job at Amtrak becomes available.
