What was your worst experience with a manager working at #Wendys?

my manager was all about firing people when he came to our store we had a crew that had six plus years of experience some 7 some 8 he managed 2 ruin six of us off he was a virtual bastard jimmiy was his name I would like 2 run across him tosay would wipe his ass clean ann dot his eyes he got fired for in ability 2 manage store after he ran us all off so if u see him tell him Nathan forrest is ready that meeting

I've had a manager sexually harass my boyfriend on many occasions (he was a man and this will lay into play.) once he found out that my boyfriend and I were dating he began harassing and threatening me. One day he told me to "get off his line" and pushed me (I was in the middle of making a sandwhich so I was trying to quickly finish it up) and when I told him to "just let me finish this sandwich real quick" and "do not put your hands on me" three times he would push me even harder because my boyfriend was next to us he told the manager "she's a girl. Do not put your hands on her nor anyone else" I guess this made him even madder that he started yelling at my boyfriend telling him to "watch who the hell hes talking to" and that "he's going to show us little kids what's up." At the time it was a brand new Wendy's and the owner of the store and many other managers came to help out and all of them saw and heard the conflict and did nothing. (at the time I was 16) so once my mom found out she talked to my GM and said she'd call corporate if nothing was done but of course my GM took side with the manager and said "we all just have to get along" and some other nonsense that took no action towards the manager.

My old manager was very cheap if we would spill the cup lids on the ground and throw them away we would get wrote up, they change your time clock to make it seem like you worked less days.

My worst experience was...doing all the work while the female manager and the female crew members in the office on the phone talking...While the males closing...

I loved working at Wendy I had this manager that I only got a long with when it convenient for her or when she wasn't in one of her moods she was fine but other than that I love my all my other GM's my other managers just this one Mexican that always had a problem with everyone at the Wendy's in Middletown Delaware

After the 4 weeks that I had work for the store, I came to realize that out of all he employees, my peer coordinate would only give me insrtuction to Handle the night duties of sweeping, mopping, changing the garbage bins, removing the garbage, and also restocking the refrigeration products.
The other employees would stand around and have conversation while I would be doing all the work. Almost every night on my shift, when I ever I had made an attempt to explain this issue with management. My manager would ask me weather or not if I wanted to work there and said "if you don't like the work then, clock out" over time I began to accept the ways I was treated by my fellow employees, and continued to overwork myself. My position was the grill coordinate, I was concerned about the idea of changing the garbage and cleaning the store floor while the store was open..
Never the less, overtime I slowly began to think this was not the particular place to work because the lack of initiative and team work.

My worst experience with a manager was when she cursed at me,I don't know what I did but, I didn't let it get to me.

I loved working at Wendy's , but the worst experience for me is how the managers would treat or talk to their employees.

Horrible!!!! Just horrible. They don't know how to treat there workers at all. I'm glad I found better jobs!!! Never will I ever go back there.. The manager treated me nasty and lept calling me nasty. Names. Thats one job i would not recommend to anyone.
I was transferred to a location that caused me to be scared for my life. Handling a customer complaint wasn't the typical situation at most stores it was more than likely life or death over a cold fry
