I am an experienced Training Director/Manager in the Financial Services and Healthcare Industries. I am willing to relocate and in fact desire to relocate to the Florida , Texas, AZ, and Carolinas. The problem is that people see that I am inn CT and even though my resume and cover letter state Willing to relocate at own expense, they do not want to talk to me. Please advise
