I liked all except the site. The Guards were Grandfathered in when Allied took over. I'm used to working with more professional Officers who knows about being a Security Guard that has been trained
Listen to everyone. It's not a good job. Allied will throw you under a bus if a client of theirs has a problem with you. Got removed from a site because I didn't know the helicopter pilots didn't have a key card to get back up and me and the new guy got removed for it
I didn't actually work security with them. I drove the shuttle at the hospital and it was a newly aquired position for them. I never saw any post orders or had any real dealings with them as I stayed on the shuttle from 6am to 4pm and was paid for my lunch because they had no one to break me
Don’t do it got burned by false allegations HR didn’t even preform an investigation
Don’t do it at all corporate won’t help you and the account managers are disrespectful I had a racist one two years ago now that hospital is burning out the gaurds with 12 hour shifts ! Find another job
I’ve been with Allied going 16yrs… just come to work and do what your paid to do! Allied have great pens as well
It was alright as with any security company you have your perks.
I was part of the original merger when it was Guardsmark, i stayed with them for about 8 years even when it came to be Allied Universal , just do your homework on what locations they have
I've worked Allied in Los Angeles, but the Ppl in the Office in Central Phx have no respect for an Officer. Most of the Guards are Seat Warmers, not Officers.
