Prayer and Patience
I am 49, educated, and have an impressive resume but have now been been unemployed for over 6 months. I am out of savings and despite a strong Faith I am running out of hope. I've applied for many dozens of jobs, most of which I haven't heard back from, and most interviews have resulted in being told I am overqualified. Yesterday everything turned around for me. After a string of interviews last week and on Monday of this week, I received FIVE job offers yesterday, including one that is more money than I have made in ten years! After all of this time, my full time job of searching for work has paid off. I give credit to my perseverance, prayer, and belief in my abilities and in God. They say He answers our prayers in His own time, and that has been the case for me. I cannot describe the relief I feel in not only finally being rewarded for my patience and my belief in Him, but being offered a job that is going to allow me financial freedom that I haven't enjoyed in years! My message to all the job seekers out there is to keep the faith, don't give up, and believe in yourself and in the Lord- or whatever it is that you believe in- because better days are coming for you too!!!

That is good to hear. Kevin GOD is working always we have to learn to listen and not be chained by our own control got that from a song, remember never take credit for something you didnt do. In the long run integrity makes you the better man or woman
Kevin, I am 59, educated, experienced, have a great work record, but management decided they didn't want to have me. DFAS-Defense Finance Accounting Service-guarantees anyone who contributed to the DFAS Committee protection from reprisal and / or retaliation for the remainder of their professional ( federal, contractor, and / or private-sector ) . Unfortunately I didn't receive this guaranteed protection from DFAS; instead I got thrown out without any benefits. All suggestions are welcome.
