No one ever got mad or wanted to fight I only got mad one time the guy Harman left in charge. The concrete that we had to rubb was getting hard we needed help

I was the hardest working thare for 18 years & couldn't get a raise for all I did lay pipe,tie steel,trackhoe operator,back hoe,roller,front end loader,dozer, concrete finisher the guys asked me what to do or the supervisor & I was still making 13 hr Caucasian come for one month making $15 hr & thay wanted me to trane him
