Business Entrepreneuer
Hello Everyone. I wanted to know if thier was someone who had experience in starting a small business, I am trying to avoid talking to government, or political advisors for the reason of being tainted, I have read alot of letters on job case and am happy with the fact everyone is like me, just trying to get by, I hope and pray for all of us to find some sort of leniency in finding great employment, but I need a good employer to start my very own. I have a tremendous idea in starting a small business but need some feedback on the first step. I am a personnel chef and want to take it to the next level but not own a restaurant. If thier is anyone that could help me I would certainly appreciate any experience detailed from someone that is real and has had the opportunity to put something together like this. I started a small business in Colorado and it went extremely well but it reached a halt because someone spooked me into believing that the government was watching me do horrible things to food. So I stopped! It was my fault in believing such a thing and felt like a dumbass for believing it. So if anyone could help I would appreciate any feedback. Sincerely Ray.

I have a good idea, start a pizza food truck.... kind of like an ice cream truck. But with pizza, and call it "Nick's idea!"
I don't really know what I can tell u but all I can say is that don't give up and keep on trying till you succeed
Hi Ray, Lunch truck. This way you can show case your work to different social classes as well as palettes. Having a restaurant is hard and you never get a day off. A lunch truck allows you the mobility to present your dishes then pack up at the end of your day. Look into it. I would if I enjoyed cooking. BTW, I had a small restaurant when I was 20years old. I hated it but every time my husband tries my cooking he says we should sell this. Not this girl. Good luck.
I don't really have any advice on starting a business, but wanted to say it sounds like you know what to do. If you already started something and it was going well, try doing that again!
I think your best bet is to talk with the city council to find out the margin for the type of business you would want to establish. I have several companies that my family have started like Sparkman cellars wine and Sparkman and Stephans yacht. If you need direct help feel free to drop me a line.
