Hi George, There a hundreds of applicants competing for the same job so follow-up is KEY! Follow these steps:

1. Use the username & password you created o apply and log into your Lowe's career page to check the status of your application. Make sure it's in a 'under consideration' status.
2. Check the Assessments page and make sure you don't have any assessments pending.
3. Call the store and ask to speak to the Personnel Manager about your application. You'll have a few minutes during the call to pitch your claim on what makes you the best candidate for the job.
4. Walk-in to the store and follow-up in person. It's a process getting your foot in the door but a worth the career opportunity with a Good Company. Try this and let me know how it goes. Good Luck!
