I am on call at one motel, so far..it's been ok, only worked a few times. This morning after getting off at my other job, this manager calls and tells me I need to be in at noon for a staff meeting. OK I think, no big deal. Get a couple of hours sleep, Get to the motel a bit early and he takes me into his office. It was a staff meeting for just the 2 of us. I hate being desperate for jobs, but the pay is good, tips are awesome and I get a few shifts a month so I take the good with the bad I guess. What else can I do?
