I'm unsure of my next job.
It's hard to figure out what to do next. I've been a Operations mgr. Auto insurance. in New mexico. We have been aquired recently and they have taken in agency partners who are younger males with very little experience, whereas I have 30 yrs in this business but I'm a woman. I hate this and feel that there is some age& gender discrimination going on. What can I do?

Btw..I've done everything that was asked of me including closing down 2 offices, hired new staff, took care of all maintenance issues, plus write business. Too many other things list. How do I handle this child who is now my boss?

Age discrimination does seem to be a big thing right now. I would say try to make sure you don't have anything on your resume that shows your age.
