"I will be committed to helping make you the most successful manager possible." Every employer is actually looking for assistants to help them meet their responsibilities. That is what employees do. They "assist" the next level above them in the organizational structure. This is a provable fact. What makes one a better candidate? Attention to meeting the needs of the next level above them. Not one candidate in a hundred will give this answer. This is what sets them apart.
