For the single mom who feels left alone, for the dad who is burdened with finding work, and for all those who are dealing with the stress that continues to press against your heart like a weight that will never be lifted....close your eyes, let go for a moment and breath. Many times I get so caught up and overwhelmed with life I lose sight of hope. Breathing is a simple process of the anatomy but can become difficult when we are living in a constant state of hurt or worry. Simply put, when you loose hope it becomes difficult to catch your breath. I want to encourage you to pause today and let go of all those internal issues that you have been struggling over. Take a few minutes to close your eyes and take in the breath of life. If you are like me, you may have to do this several times a day and refocus to position yourself on steady ground. So, hold on and do not give up! Begin to let go of those things that bring fear, stress, and worry into your life.
