I really appreciate a place where I have the chance to learn. Especially when I can learn other new areas that may not be directly related to my job so that I am always expanding my skills.
A chance to contribute. It sounds cheesy, but when you do something awesome at your job that helps your coworker, team, or even your company, you just feel like a rockstar.
I would love a position where I am given the opportunity to experiment. I love to come up with new things and share them with others, so it would be great if I could continue to work on that.
