Getting a job when you are over 30
It seems as you get past the age of 30 employment is harder to achieve because employers seem to want younger ...It doesn't seem to matter if you have over 15 years of exp in a certain field or even if you are more than capable of doing the job at hand..

Hi Rosalyn, as a woman over 30 myself I understand your frustration. At the end of the day, you have to think about not who is younger, but who is better qualified for the job. Make sure your resume highlights why YOU are a benefit to a company. Showcase your skills and experiences. When you interview; exude confidence, smile, and be excited about the job. Show them you want it. Don't let anyone else intimidate you, young or old...this is about YOU. Now go get em'!
