Aldis
I filled out an application for Aldis about 8 times and when I applied for a position I'm told that ur will be 2 weeks. Down fall I know someone else that works there and it still doesn't help.
Hopefully

I have been applying for over 5 years and over been to the stores called showed my passion for this job. It's my dream job that's why I try sooo hard but still I get nothing. No calls amber same response in person. 5 years mind you! !! 5 years! !!

Hi Maria, Well, I always felt like if they don't get back to you keep on bugging aldis until you get the job you want. Well, it always worked for me. Or try a different store location.I heard Aldis pays well.
Good Luck :-) Joanie

Hi, Maria. I'm in the same situation, myself. I dropped off my application about a week ago. The person that I spoke to told me that the district manager does the hiring, but, does not come into the store all of the time. I was told that, if I don't receive a call within two weeks, to come back into the store where I submitted my application to follow up.

Hi Maria, Aldi's is opening various stores this season within you're area so they might be backed-up with the application processing but don't let that get you discouraged. Make sure that your applications/resume shows plenty specific customer service experience to be considered because they have a very big focus on that skill for new hires. There's also a hiring event for a new store in Schaumburg next month if you're interested. This is an excellent opportunity to meet hiring managers. Hi Maria: Thanks for posting to Jobcase! Have you tried following up with Aldi by calling or visiting the store you've applied to? Demonstrating that you're passionate about the job can be enough to convince employers to hire you. Try it out and let us know what happens!
