It partially depends on if you’ve worked in the past year and you have money put into unemployment. You’ll have to apply and find out.
It’s definitely a fair question . You have to return to work if asked unless there a health hazard . If you refuse you’re opening up a whole world of complications resulting in no more money or interrupted at least. If you’re returning at reduced pay continue to certify and answer questions regarding new status and enter amount of $$ you made like they ask . UI will determine what needs to done. That’s how I would handle that
