Yes you can but I was a tier 1 associate (doing the area manager and ops managers jobs) with amazon for almost 5 years and after 28 promotion denials and a disagreement with a new AM that didn't have a clue of what his actual responsibilities were. I was terminated and denied an appeal. Management in Arizona FC's are a joke.
