Startup interview

I had an interview with startup first two rounds included coding assignments in which they gave me as a task to perform which I submitted to them, they responded that we are not from coding backgroundand it would be good if you come and discuss with us in person and told me that they will give me schedule on Monday. I gave them mine schedule for the week now almost 7 days have passed and I havent heard back. Should I give a folllow-up as they promised that interview will be conducted in that week.

Having worked at a few Startups myself I KNOW how busy they sometimes can be. Chances are they may have forgotten you. It's not that they meant to, but it happens. So, email over a nice reminder that says something like,

"Hi , I just wanted to say that I enjoyed speaking with you about.... (mention one important thing or something you know you did well during the interview you can discuss in a few words). I am looking forward to our follow-up interview and I just wanted to check in. I am sure you're busy this week, but I would love to set something up soon. Have a great day!"

Hi Aj,

If you have their E-mail it wouldn't be out of bounds to send a follow up. Just be sure to be polite even though it is frustrating to not hear back from a potential employer. The follow up should be an inquiry about wether they need anything more from you to continue the interview process.
