How do you measure the size of a project?

What do you think is a good measure of the size of a project? The number of people on the project team? The budget? The expected revenue from the unique product, service, or result? Other measures? And a related question... what would you consider a "small", "medium", or "large" project? I see on job postings things like "must be able to manage 4-6 small projects simultaneously", but there's often no definition of what they mean by "small".

Potential is the most important thing because people can be many but there is no potential is like just working to a failure

Great question, Robin. I'd definitely say the size of a project depends on the potential impact it has on the company, whether that's developing a new product or launching a new sales campaign.
