I have never worked before, not because I was too lazy, but because I legally could not. However, now I can, but it's alot harder than I thought. I have applied to several places like Popeyes and Arby's but got declined because I have no work experience. I have no idea what to do next. I really need advice. Am I doing this all wrong; should I approach the managers directly instead of applying online? What can I do to boost my chances of getting hired? What sort of companies are lenient about "no experience"? #desperate
