One thing I learned about working for companies is that detail and consistency is everything. Whether you're working a full or part time job these combinations lead to success for you and the company. Being a manager I learned it's not about how you feel but how you make your co-workers and customers feel. If a level of respect and trust isn't persist then you can expect the same in dealing with consumers. 5 years dealing with companies taught me that consumers want products then and now without any hassle or frustration because whether they are in a rush or is there to buy their regular and converse they confide in you to have their trust. I've come across many people and know this for a fact that if you'd take time to recognize one person's reason for wanting to deal with your company is because of the employees and top notch products.
