Good day all. Today I need some advice from CEO'S as I can't understand mine. I am a manager at my company and work my ass and push my crews to the limit to be the best in my field, and my results shows, I build partnerships with sub contractors with is fatal to the busness future end save the company 1000's with them (all work not to be allowed by more then 2 company in the region ) but still my CEO keep to delay their payment. We are on the edge of loosing them just by the fact of the CEO's wife only work half day a week and does not do payments in time. Why do I need to put in 3 to 4 hours overtime in with no pay wile the boss wife work only half day to sink the ship? Please can any one help me understand business relations ? Thank you .
My dad once worked for a company selling cars and he loved it and made a ton of money. Then years and years into the job the owner passed away and his wife took over. She was a cruel woman and the company did a 180 and changed completely. Sometimes spouses can change things drastically and not always for the best.
