How long does Kohl’s take to call you back for an interview?
Hi. I am high school senior about graduate from high school. I have applied to Kohl’s a few weeks ago and I called, I did not get a clear answer. What do I do? Do I go to store and speak to a manager or apply somewhere else?
They never called me back either someone who worked there said you have to try to get people to open up charge accts or they fire you.
I would contact them everyday and ask the status of your application that way they see your dedicated about getting this job
Hey Tony, Definitely follow up! You actually want to do this with any application you submit. Ask to speak with the hiring manager and make sure they received your application.
I suggest you do both call and walk into the store to check on your application. Store managers get busy and forget to follow-up with applicants. If you can get in front of the manager and introduce yourself then your chances of getting hired will increase. Dress up nice (business casual) and go to the store's customer service area and ask to speak to the store manager.
Here in Utah for a Kohl's Interview it's a Group interview so there will be about 8 other applicants then you and the other's will get to answer questions that the Store manager & assistant manger ask you. I've applied twice and interviewed both times, it takes about a week before they call you in for the Interview.
