Unappreciated.
I have been working at the same automotive manufacturer for the last 5 years (including subsidiaries). But even though I work about 50 hours a week, I am still classified as TEMP. Despite working the same position for the last year and a half, I am only getting half the pay and NONE of the benefits of my co-workers.

I see the uniform are you retired or active duty with a second job? If your retired and near a post there are jobs you can apply for in your former MOS that will actually pay you more as a civilian contractor. It's not hard to get these jobs either. Don't worry about security clearance as they are going to do that again anyway. Apply and keep Applying til it works. You'll be better appreciated and make lots more money and maybe even benefits again. Thanks for your service and good luck, Tammy
They are very obviously taking advantage of you. Time to stand up and address this with your HR department or, start looking elsewhere.
50 hours should classify you as full time employment what state are you in?
