I'm with you there Sir ,and most of the recruiters have no idea what the job is you doing ,or interviewing for ,most don't know what a hacksaw is let alone a cordless drill . as a result I got fellows sent to me that had little idea what the heck was going on . And fellows that had 10 and 20 some 30 years on the job sitting at home ( MAD )
