How did you look for your first job?

Here are the most common ways I have heard successful people find their first jobs. Which methods have you tried? A. Go to a grocery, fast food, or retail store and talk to a manager B. Talk to family friends and ask for part time help doing anything C. Found an easy gig on Craigslist that lead to a better one later D. Volunteer for no money but then took that experience to land a paying job later E. Go door to door asking neighbors to help with odd jobs F. Start a small side hustle selling something

Let’s hear your story of what worked and didn’t work!

Well, i have done A, B, C and E.

The important lesson is just one might not be enough. By far the best way i have found to get a job is a referral, but its important that YOU make the effort!
