You are expected to work and give Mills their moneys worth. They don't tolerate sitting on your duff, and they expect you to follow their rules. Do that, and you will be paid reasonably, and have chances for promotion. Their client comes first, not their workers. Mills is very quick to remove you to satisfy their client.
