Hi, paying attention to those rejection emails can be very helpful if you address them in the right way. Think of it as another way of evaluating your weakness to better improve your job search and communication skills by asking the question as to why you were rejected/unqualified. Don't just discard a possibility. . .

I have never got a rejection letter that wasn't a canned, generic message such as: "We have decided to proceed with candidates that more closely match our skillset" or "though your skills/resume, etc. is impressive, we've decided to move forward with other candidates." Nobody takes the time to write why they didn't hire you. Most of time it has nothing to do with your skills and more to do with your age and if you are a "good cultural fit"

Yes Steven Ransom it's certainly important to know that you can ALWAYS improve. Also, it never hurts to ask and then take that feedback and grow from it in the future.
How about when they won't evan return ur call? They drop u right before they say when ur suppose to start work!!! CRUEL
