Can I work for more than One rideshare company at the same time?
I took a UBER the other day and the driver told me he works for both UBER and Lyft. He claims that he’s wasn’t required to sign a noncompete work agreement to get hired and chooses which rideshare to work for everyday based on the company offering the highest $urcharge rate throughout the day.

ride share drivers in PA are doing it. I don't see why not.
Boston drivers flow between UBER, Lyft, and Fasten at the same time. No restrictions to limit drivers to one company at this time.

I've taken Lyft before and a lot of the drivers have two phones and drive for both companies. I think Lyft might be harder to apply for, but It's definitely possible.
I think it's possible with uber because their hiring process is so indirect (basically anyone with a good car, diving record, and clean background get hired). Lyft hiring is more of a process and I even think they interview applicants so it might not be an option.
