Don't fall for these!
I just received this email and replied with "this is a scam, get a life" pass the word folks, if you receive don't fall for it. Dear Applicant,
Congratulations! Our recruitment team has reviewed your resume referencing the AD for the position of an Office Admin Assistant /Receptionist/Data Clerk Position you applied for on Ziprecruiter and has been forwarded to the Hiring Manager.
Your resume was shortlisted for an online interview with one of the HR Manager Mrs Allison Walter and she would like to conduct an on-line interview with you as soon as possible to discuss more about the pay scale, benefits and Job Position that you are yet to occupy.
Set Up a Screen name with gmail.com and download a Google Hangout on-line at (www.google.com/hangout) to your device (PC or Phone) if you don't have one and instantly add up and message her on Google hangout, Her ID is: allisonwalter098@gmail.com to your buddy list . Add Her up to commence your Briefings and Interview she will be on-line waiting for you.
Your Verification/Hiring code is "HRP4395", this would serve as your identification number through out the online hiring process. Your timely response matters a lot.

Andrea, you're so right. This is DEFINITELY a scam. Very glad you didn't fall for it! It's so frustrating that they are trying to take advantage of people who just need a job. Thanks for letting us know, and thank you for helping the community out!
For anyone curious, this is a great list of ways to spot a job scam: https://www.thebalance.com/top-job-scam-warning-signs-2062181 and you'll see the message Andrea included has many of the characteristics of a scam email (namely: online interview, no qualifications, downloading a program, being slightly mysterious) -- beware of all messages like these!
