Are there any good healthcare jobs that don’t require a 4 year degree?

I’d like to get into the healthcare industry but I don’t want to invest time and money into a 4 year degree. Any suggestions? Thanks

Registered Nurse if your interested in direct care with patients or if you're more interested in administration you can go for a Medical Assistant or Secretary. Either choice has 2-3 years training.
