Moving to PA
Hello all I'm relocating to PA I have 2 interviews tomorrow one with one goal united for customer service and the second one is through tristarr for a call center position I'm excited and nervous at the same time any advice would be great.

yes good luck

I just moved from Philadelphia pa to Florida. At the interview be 15 min early, dress business casual. Smile, give them the answers they want. Not what you want to say. Do not talk long only answer the question. Be prepared for questions you do not think they will ask. Example where do you see yourself in 5 years. Recall this. The customer is alwsys correct even when they are wrong. This company wants customers. When can you start answer asap. Ehat hours can you work if you can say all hours. What is your strengths in customer service? How about your weaknesses? We all have them so pick an answer that is short. Before the interview is over ask do you know when i should hear back from you. When you go home make sure you send via email a thank you letter, very short, thanking him or her for the interview. Its professional, and a reminder to them anoit you. Good luck

Positive mind and do not be nervious pls look straight to the eyes of the interviewer

Good. Luck. Keep us posted

Go and ace that interview with confidence and know-how. Prove you are the right person for the job. Exciting! Go girl!

The employer wants to make sure you can handle easy as well as diffcult calls with all types of customers. You shouldn't take any call personal because the custome ris upset about the situation (maybe the company) and not you. Let them know you are a self-motivator and you can take the initiative to get the job done. Also, that you are cognizant to the fact if there aren't any customers you don't have a job. On the flip side, you realize this is a business which must survive where in comes the company's revenue for which you are in full support of adhering to the company's policies and procedures. (here's where you wsmile and let your breathe ease out smoothly)

You Tube has a lot of videos about job interviews!

Write a comment...be prepared and confident
The interview process is 2-way. Make sure you know what you need to be successful in a job and ask follow up questions around this. For example, if continuous learning and opportunity for career advancement is important to you, then ask the interviewers how does the company support employee professional development...what is the career path for the position. Equally important is for you to understand the company's culture.
