me,how to control the contractors activity at project?

Second; The material which he is using as per BOQ or not,if not then I can stop the progress of work by reporting it to project manager of contractor untill cont. Obeys the instructions.

Third; I have to check the work is in progress as per drawings or not?If not then I can ask them why it is like this?If they satisfy me then I will order the cont.engineer to provide a shop drawing and then I will send it to my higher authorities for having the final approvel.

Fourth; Whenever we have a meeting with client and contractor ,we will have to defend the clients side insted off contractor.

Fifth; When contractor brings the bills for approvel then we will have to keep our tigers eye on their bills and cut the illegel expenses Thanks n regards.
