battered and terminated

A supervisor put his hands on me to hold me in place as he scold me, i stopped, looked at his hand, he retracked his hand and i walked away. He ran up behind me and told me to go home, when i returned to work the following monday i was suspended and later terminated. I won my unemployment case and reported the case to local authorities. What can i do about that? Is that wrongful termination and can i sue?

Go online and ask an attorney online. Done will take your case with no money upfront.

You sure can sue for someone putting their hands on you! Request a free consultation with any law firm. My sister found one on yelp!

Definitely, wrongful termination at it's best. However, if you have won the unemployment case I think it's the most you can do.
