FRSTRATED.......CANT GET EMPLOYMENT!!
Im a 1time convicted felon. I have out of prison since 1-17-16 and have only had one seasonal job and only 3 interviews since then. And with no call backs or anykind of answers when ive WALKED INTO THESE ESTABLISHMENTS. I am a single mom of 1 and am just looking for a simple chance to show im a hard worker w many instilled wrk values and extream wrk ethic. What else do i do???

Please know your not alone...and deserve a chance like anyone else. Ive always thought it was wrong not to give someone a 2nd chance. If not it says your not good enough and keeps them in a prison so to speak. It's wrong but hold your head high I know ppl who've over come this and with great success. It seems harder for them but they also seem stronger bc of the hurdles they've overcome.

You need skills that employers need. That means education. I went to college for this reason and became a nurse initially. I knew it was my ticket to freedom. It's yours too.
