This is true so many people have experience in their field but because of lay offs and getting a new job you think your out of the woods then the bottom line states they still have to remain lean. Which they should have known this before hiring you. And your cut again which leaves you with low self esteem and self worth. You know what your good at and keep the most important thing you have that no one can take is your integrity. This will get you back to work

Thank you so much Brianna!! It has been a very difficult run trying to find a job at 58 years old. Your inspiration and motivation means so much.

Everyone needs some motivation and not to get discouraged, even though it's hard not too! I believe everyone here in their own way can do anything they put their mind too. I have found out changing things up maybe a little, like spice up your resume, even if you have already. There are quite a few websites that have free templates anyone can download. If you haven't or maybe not thought about it, but I have found follow up emails or calls get you noticed more. When you get that interview follow up the next day with a thank you email. It is not easy trying to find work especially getting older that is something I really been noticing. Always have some good questions to ask, stand out from the rest is what they want. Use any and possibly all your resources that are out there for you. Stay positive is huge and try not to have any negativity on your mind. That tends to have the outcomes nobody is looking you, trust your gut instincts as well. Good luck to all and hope you all land the position that is for you.
