Filling out app
Hey guys! So I'm having trouble with the online application. Every time I login to apply for a certain position it tells me I've already applied for that position, but I haven't- which sucks because I even when to the airport and spoke with the hiring manager who actually loved me and would have hired me on the spot had my application gone through. Apparently because they pay a third party to filter their applicants online there's nothing they can do in person until that information is received by that 3rd party first. Any ideas as to what I could do?
Make sure you are using Internet Explorer, for some reason it works on there. Good Luck.
Try doing the same (filling out the app) with a different online job site i.e, that offers' the same position; using your application information.
That doesn’t sound right that there was nothing they could do in person since as you said, they hire the 3rd party to screen their applications, meaning they do not send them all through, not to mention you wouldn’t have known about the job or where it was had it not been for the 3rd party /company .companies that work that way and are unable to hire you without the third party sending you the application, the third party leaves the name of the. Company out of the information it gives you about the job, and it never switches you over to the hiring companies website , which this company does. Having said that, he should have been thankful you showed up with your resume. But yes that is extremely frustrating. I have not personally had that problem. Try to find out the number fit technical support, good luck
