Just not fair
I was contacted Monday on my day off that my assignment had ended because of a cutback I was never late and did not miss any days from work. The lead who ran the dock rather sloppy evidently told staff something bogus it was a great job opportunity taken away because of sloppy leadership I just don't think was fair or professional
I lost my job at the orange factory....My boss said I couldn't concentrate.
This happened to me a month or so ago as I was let go after 20 years due to the elimination of my position. The duties never went away...they just got split up among 3 other people. After 20 years I felt it unfair as well but am trying to get back out there and hope that I end up in a better position.
If u r going on an assumption and have no proof of anything negatively stated that isn't fair as well. If what u r thinking is true, yes it wasn't/ isn't fair. Life is not fair and sometimes things like this occur to remind us of such. If u were good at your job, no worries! Something better is coming along! God has a plan and u have to do your part, remain faithful and see it through! Most times from what I can see, when God allows a valuable employee to lose his/ her job, usually God is about to elevate u( promote somewhere else cuz it won't happen where u were, increase your pay, give u greater peace ( there maybe chaos going on or messy ppl u dont know of), put u where u r better protected( from mess or being fired etc...) Or put u where someone needs your help in anyway and u r the only person who was meant for that assignment. Trust! God is up to something! Even if it is to teach u a valuable lesson which is to trust him 110% and everyone/everything else 80% or not at all. Get close to him so he can lead u! Blessings!
Awwwweeee. U r welcome Shawn! From what I know working at the docks ppl make good $$$ right? If u weren't humble and kinda bragging/ flossin , this could be another reason y God would let u lose your job. God needs a humble servant! I was making good $$$ during 2008 to 2010. I bragged a little, next thing I know I'm not getting any clients so I had to quit! I had been reduced to unemployment!
