What to do when you find out why you are not being hired at Walmart?
I just found out the other day that Walmart has me on a do not hire list because I supposably walked out so many times and I have never walked out once I even have witnesses that would back me up I was sent home do to the dress code at the time. And the one time that they sent me home I only had 4 hours left of my shift and at that time I had a 2 hour drive one way so if I had to go home and change and drive 2 hours home and another 2 back for the last 4 hours of work I think it's a little messed up and the other time that I was sent home for dress code the store manager at the time told me to my face that my problems was none of his concern when I tried to explain why my shirt was dark Navy with a white stripe on the sleeve I didn't do my laundry so my work clothes were dirty so h he said he didn't care about my problems and last time I checked it is the store managers duty to be concerned about all his associates so he told me to go home and return to work the next day then they fired me on my vacation the day that it started and said that I was being let go because of too many occurrences but the real catch was I saw the store manager and co store manager messing around in the back rooms so it was more like retaliation against me to keep me quiet
you could also call corporate and talk to them about the situation

They have a dress code still at some stores? That ended where I used to work. The dress code was more like where the appropriate vest for the position.
My vehicle kept breaking down, and finding a round trip ride was extremely difficult. Waiting for parts and clearing work already started, I lost my job for excessive absences. I think the corporate computer is what fired me. The schedule simply disappeared. That also meant no unemployment benefits. Life is very rough right now.
