Overcoming difficulties - how did you?
I want to drive- eventually OTR. I have encountered 2 prominent difficulties- First is agility tests designed for 30 year old males second that I opted for Automatic Transmission
I know certain jobs require the strength, but I'm willing to take lesser pay than some- I'm willing to be on the road for lengths of time, however.
I am fresh out of school and finding very real difficulties getting my foot in the door.

Question... is the agility skills testing a DOT requirement or a company specific physical assessment test? Have you looked at career opportunities with Tyson Foods? Wow - I had no idea they had agility tests. What sort of things do you have to do for that?
