Overcoming difficulties - how did you?

I want to drive- eventually OTR. I have encountered 2 prominent difficulties- First is agility tests designed for 30 year old males second that I opted for Automatic Transmission

I know certain jobs require the strength, but I'm willing to take lesser pay than some- I'm willing to be on the road for lengths of time, however.

I am fresh out of school and finding very real difficulties getting my foot in the door.

Question... is the agility skills testing a DOT requirement or a company specific physical assessment test? Have you looked at career opportunities with Tyson Foods? They offer Solo, Team, and Trainee career paths as One The Road employment career options. Check out their career page for more details and watch the video for application instructions.

Wow - I had no idea they had agility tests. What sort of things do you have to do for that?
