I got a job at eat n park. I was so happy and excited. Well it ended fast. 10 days of homework studying learning the menu running other peoples food then I had 2 take a test I past will flying colors. The women training us took my test and gave everybody the answers so they would pass it was 1 big party. Well we got 90 day probation period to learn everything ,the table numbers, how to use the p.o.s system ect.. the gm went to school with my ex fiance. ( my ex came in and he saw him). After that i got a lot of shit. Then there was somebody going through purses and found my anti seizure meds. (That's when it all went to hell). I heard the gm talking about what r they going to do with me? That i'm a liability. He asked and i said yes but its been 6 years since i've had 1. Then my schedule started to change i went from 5 day to 2 days. I learned the register worked 10 hours a day did everybodys side work because they left without doing it. I caught a girl doing drug deals, taking drugs, leaving in the middle of her shift to get drugs n sneaking back in. But i got yelled at because she left n i had to take her tables. But she never got yelled at. Plus she told people she had hep c. I tried to talk to the gm about everything... i told him we should do random drug testing. He said then they would have to replace half the staff. Well a few weeks later he said he had to let me go. No warning. No write up. Just told me to go home. I've been trying to contact somebody ahead of him but nobody will call me back. The cook said to me they did this to another girl that had seizures. So Eat n Park doesn't care about employees or their customers. Can they really get away with this?
