I've been applying for almost 11 months resumes in person calls nothing back but go back online I got one chance and got beat out by a 20 year old guy that know nothing about construction I'm 49 I've been in construction since high school I could build a house drive a tractor etc how does this show that a corp like home-depot Is on a hiring spree? They need more people like me that actually know what there talking about And manage the other employees in there departments I watch them they for the most part just walk around so no one will talk to them mis managed all around but they don't want a guy like me cause I would make change god forbid and run it like a real store
