I recently got a job that is really awesome and challenging but when I applied and during all 4 interviews I had the job description has changed dramatically from when I accepted to what I am actually doing. I was originally supposed to maintain 'some' servers and now it turns out I am maintaining over 900 servers with only one other experienced individual and they just hired another completely green person. Is it wrong of me for wanting to get paid accurately for the Network Operations position I am and not for the Sys Admin position I applied for? How would you go about this conversation?
