I've work for this company going on 2 years. I love working in this industry. I put my sweat and tears making sure the family and friends are fine, every and anything the company or family needs I do. I just got a raise a month ago, I didn't know it because my check was still the same. I'm a single parent of three but I am worth to them $.25. What can I do with that? I'm doing what GOD wanted me to do but really. But when a new individual comes alone, she gets baby, she don't do what I do no matter how I teach her, she does what she want to do. I LOVE THIS FIELD. I might need to go elsewhere, so I know I would be appreciated. Thank you guys for reading. Im going through but by the GRACE OF GOD I can make it. Be bless.

OK there is no such thing as a magic job unless you working for yourself a magic job meaning everything is going according to plan all is well there is no such thing but because you love the field you’re in I suggest you stay where you are you know what you got but you don’t know what you’re getting,Is the grass really greener on the other side that remains to be seen

Hello Why, continue doing what you do! GOD sits high and looks low. GOD knows all and see all. In due time, GOD will bless you. You have to be patient and wait on him. BE ENCOURAGE, GOD has your back. In the meanwhile, look for another job. GOD can't help us unless we help ourselves.

God Bless you! Some people do not value you & your efforts - but they are seen in the next world! My brother-in-law taught me - if you don't get the wage you want - go shopping for another job. Get an offer & tell the place you work at, you will leave unless you get what you are worth (state what you want). Once they take you seriously, they probably don't want to loose you & retrain someone else. They will no doubt give you what you asked for. Believe in yourself; even if no-one else does!

Hi Mr. Davis, Know you’re worth!! Training itself is a raise. Apply for a raise every 6 months, if you are denied; apply at other locations until you get much more! Don’t be discouraged!! You will more than likely fill out 84 applications until you get to “the one” Stay focused Good Luck
