Is it legal for your employer to remove your personal lock and take your things out without you being there or giving them permission

Hi Wilson; That's a tough question, especially if the employer technically owns the locker where you keep your personal things. Also, what was the reason for removing your personal belongings? I say ask an employment lawyer about this one!

When you were hired did you sign agreement giving permission to search and sezure of personal property or was it stated in your company's handbook? If so then they can if probable cause arose
