You would be better served to have a discussion with the Branch Office Coordinator if you are already employed by them and find out what the high and low pay rate is for your position. I continued working at Sunrise because I enjoyed my job, and I was proficient at it. If you require higher pay than Sunrise offers, you will need to consider working there part-time and pursue other full-time employment. I only worked at Sunrise on weekends and as needed during the week. I had a 2nd job.
