You are the biggest Assett
Sometimes most companies will tell you you don't fit the bill, you don't have the education, or even, the experience. If you accept this answer, then you have not the right to complain.I was always to apply to a position that requires more than what I have, like education, but a homeless man I passed one day told me if you don't have the education but you got the will, then go for it. Yes education is important but most of us can't afford it and survive. You have to start somewhere, I started as a temp, a small company, TCB industrial corp. They specialize in hazmat. I quickly rose to be one of the most seeked out temp lol. From rope rescue stand by to confined space work. As a temp I learned from each company I go to, a little here and a little there, and then, I got the best call ever. The company I work for now decided to hire me as a permanent employee. One of their prerequisites is you have to have a ba in chemistry, but because I had the experience, this was bypassed, so for all you job seekers out there, don't give up, take the criticism and learn from it, one employee says no, keep on looking, for you will find the right fit.good luck!

Thanks for the great advice bro. May you be blessed
