how do a 58 year old master electrician get a job
I have never seen any thing like it age discrimination . you would think that with 36 years experience in the electrical field institutional building electrical maintenance . luckily i am drawing retirement other wise i would be hit. it has been a year i have had 4 interviews for industrial electrician i no factory or PLC experience witch is not a fit .

Hello my brutha let me fill ya in. I keep checking back with the ones that I never heard back from. Let them hire the yungin and let them try them out till there is a fire. And they pay three times as much. They are looking to save money by the time they are really ready to hire experience they have paid way more. Cheaper is no bargain. Never sell price only quality. It may take longer but they will pay more. Keep hitting it.
